Request wheelchair assistance when booking or via My Bookings at least 48 hours before your first flight departs, specifying the wheelchair type if you're bringing your own.
At airport
Staff assist you with a wheelchair from a designated airport point to the aircraft, and from the aircraft to the exit on arrival; arrive 3 hours ahead for long-haul flights (2 hours for short/medium-haul) if you need this help.
Onboard/equipment
Air France carries up to two wheelchairs or personal mobility devices (manual or electric) free of charge, and every aircraft has an onboard wheelchair for moving through the aisle and to the lavatory.
