Notify Cathay Pacific Customer Care of your wheelchair or mobility needs as early as possible, and at least 48 hours ahead for groups of 10 or more.

An attendant assists you within the airport and to the gate or aircraft door.
Onboard/equipment
An onboard wheelchair and aisle seats with movable armrests are available for moving between your seat and the lavatory/door during the flight; cabin crew can assist if you can't transfer unaided.
