Changi Airport runs a meet-and-assist service from check-in through boarding, and continues from disembarkation to the arrival hall on arrival.

Onboard/equipment

Powered wheelchairs need airline approval; batteries must cover at least 150% of flight duration, with lithium battery limits of 300 Wh (single-battery aids) or 160 Wh each (two-battery aids). Medical clearance (MEDA) should be requested at least 5 working days ahead if you have a relevant medical condition.
