A 48-hour look-in window (for bookings made directly on goindigo.in) allows free cancellation or changes. After that, you can still cancel up to 3 hours before a domestic flight (4 hours international) for a partial refund minus fees — cancelling later forfeits the fare except taxes. Cancelling via the call centre adds ₹500/passenger/sector.
