Indian nationals can generally apply for a Saudi tourist eVisa online (multiple-entry, up to 90 days per visit, and usable for Umrah); Umrah/Hajj travel also needs a meningitis vaccination certificate, and women travelling without a mahram should carry proof-of-relationship documents where required.
