Request wheelchair assistance when booking, or contact the Saudia Guest Care Center by phone or WhatsApp (920022222) at least 48 hours before departure — requests inside 36 hours depend on availability.

At airport

Saudia carries up to two pieces of mobility equipment per passenger free of charge, including electric wheelchairs.

Onboard/equipment

Three assistance categories apply (WCHR, WCHS, WCHC based on mobility level), and passengers with additional medical needs may be asked for medical clearance in advance — contact specialneed@saudia.com.sa.
